Return & Exchange Policy

Items purchased from Leelagracejewelry.com may be accepted for return within 7 days, and exchanged within 10 days from when you receive your order.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging and purchased from Leelagracejewelryshop.com.
Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, damage, or purchased from a third party retailer will not be accepted and returned to sender. 
We do not refund shipping charges, unless item was sent by error. 

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using priority shipping methods, you will be credited the purchase price of the item only.

Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
